Felx schedule allows for great freedom when it comes to home life. The compensation is also reasonable.

Cons

The flex schedule can be absurdly hard to make family life particle. Their training is a literal mess, but self starters will find success.

The product is very interesting to work with and brings new challanges every day. You will always have the opportunity to demostrate your skill set and use your engineering knowledge to its potential.

Cons

Management expects you to be very independant with work and sometimes this lack of direction can cause disruptions in work flow planning because members of the same department are not on the same page.
