      Location, paycheck, 9/80 days. You get to go home after the work day is over

      Cons

      Low pay. No architecture in the system. Management designing systems to fail. Many people working at GA with outdated skills sets. Dumb people from entry level all the way up to director level are at GA. One can literally fail on every project and get promoted as long as your boss and upper management fail also... it’s the GA way...

      It's like working in the middle ages. Everything is controlled by a very few people at the top. Information is tightly controlled. HR is still racking and stacking employees and doling out merit raise pools.
