Pros

This Position is not micro-managed. I am required to meet all deadlines and comply with all assigned tasks from interior and exterior customers.

Cons

No room for growth. I have felt kept down when opportunities to branch-out came about. Rate increases only happened after several years of no increases. The many chances to get ahead were given to outsiders that did not have the experience rather than me. Seems more like you you know and not what you know. Very disappointing.
