some of the guys I work with are absolute slobs, bias management, hostile work environment, terrible hours, junky equipment, too many people can't speak English. Trashy uniforms no environmental considerations. forced overtime, scapegoating, no oversite, no back up personnel, HR is a witchhunt, nothing but blame games. Vehicles are filthy and disgustingly foul and full of trash

Not a single damn pro other than the short changed paycheck

Cons

-The free lunches they prepare for employees loose dogs wouldn't eat -No raises only promises of yearly raises and then they purposely grade your performance as low so that they don't have to give raises -Managers do not care about employees. They encourage you to quit. -No accountability -It doesn't matter how you do it as long as it gets done crappy or not. -Sexual harassment runs rampant -No upward mobility -HR always helps the GM never the employees -They do not promote from within ever, and when they do they give - you only a 5% increase. They would rather bring in someone who knows nothing and pay them more. Then have you train them although you don't "qualify". -They hate women and don't promote women. They feel women are too emotional.
