Mandatory ot everyday no breaks a lot of favoritism everything based on seniority not enough docks spaces to many flights for the location(302) u can never get off on time if u try to leave on time they try to write u up or suspend u they write u up for being late or calling out but will not let u off at normal time understaffed u constantly missing items needed for flights daily the security company ACTS is understaffed and is always quiting because they are underpayed and u always late because of them and some of their people is slow and don’t take the job as a whole serious to have good time management to get u off the dock
