Pros

Guaranteed 40 hours a week Paid weekly Working at/for the Airport

Cons

Where do I begin Uh let's see. Most supervisors I had are pretty cool, it's the upper management that treat you like crap. The managers/directors will EXPECT you to do a million and one jobs for 8.71 an hour. They talk to you like you are beneath them. They have no respect whatsoever. We pay for our lunch but most times don't get to eat because the people from Transportation eat it all. Favoritism flows fluently. If you haven't been there for more than 20 years you won't get treated with any kind of respect. I just looked up our GM on Google. This guy is worth 200 million dollars.! I knew he had a lot of money when I found out he is paying a temp agency to come and help us. So he is paying them 10.75 an hour to do our job but will refuse to pay us more. He spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on hotels and have two Jaguars parked in front of the building everyday and we cant even eat food that we pay for.! The language barrier sucks. Co workers are full of drama. Seem like they just hire anybody. I do whatever my job is for the day and get out of there.

Pros

Let me thing about that?

Cons

20 words can't can't explain the short comings since there is NO work/life balance as your expected to stay 9-15 hours a day because of quality of the people they hire at minimum wage who don't show up for work and management continues to do nothing about the attendance. Time off what time off expectations are to work 6 days a week a maybe you'll be compensated for the extra days work some 6 months later. Really!
