The professional development offered by the technology trainers is excellent an the team members are willing to meet with you to coach you individually if need. This was a great way to stay up to date on current educational technology offered for the classroom.

Cons

There was issue with their payroll system where teachers were not being compensated and that issue continues. In addition, I felt the school environment to be toxic which unfortunately came from the top down. I did not feel valued as an experienced teacher. The demands of the job continued to pile up and to achieve the given expectations were unrealistic. I feel that teachers are not respected or treated as professionals.
