      Nice community and the majority of employees are hardworkers and are understanding

      Pay system is messed up currently and a lot of employees have left or will be leaving after this year.

      Staff are caring overall. Full time interpreters available

      Cons

      Former director had little knowledge of our program and was not very supportive of us. She is gone now though.
