      Great place to work, but very political

      Pros

      It is a huge company so there are tons of opportunities to move around if you are still trying to figure out your career path. I really enjoy working with the people, the team is dynamic and very collaborative.

      Cons

      With the company struggling, headcount is being cut, but workload does not change. Leadership likes to talk about simplification and cutting out unneccessary work, but being detail oriented is so engrained in the culture that it seems like it is just talk, no action. Leadership also tends to play favorites, if they don't like you (even if you are capable and you produce results) your options in terms of career progression, are limited.

      Gap Cards are the Key

      Good music, fun people to work with, nice discount on full priced items, good starting pay above minimum wage, flexible hours

      Cons

      How well you "sell" the Gap credit cards is dependent on how many hours you get, customers seem to always be crabby and act like they're entitled to everything.

      employee discounts, good hours for college students, decent pay, fun work environment, closed on Christmas, relaxed dress code, very social job.

      Cons

      have to deal with lots of rude customers, long work days with little or no breaks, rude management, very little opportunity for advancement
