horrible management, unfair HR, horrible qualities to work with, too many levels of management to make a good business judgment, hard to get a raise or promotion unless you switch positions completely or leave the company completely

Pros

Good discount. If you can kiss a lot of ass and somehow never need to ask anything of your bosses at all, you can probably have a job for life there. Lots of training opportunities, but no where to advance.

Cons

Management in most areas totally lack technical expertise-they are catty, political, gossipy and do not reward high performance or value skills. They live for this bizarro world positive feedback loop that celebrates the banal. No one cares about the product. People live in fear of voicing an opinion. Deliverables are unrealistic and goals set impossible to hit. Top management will not address serious QA issues that are impacting the brands reputation. CEO cares about stock price and cutting costs only and has instituted policies pulling PTO money off of the books whether or not time was taken after a year and now every year at Christmas.
