Pros
Very flexible schedule. Since there are a lot of employees, you can almost always find someone to pick up your last minute drop of a shift even if you aren't familiar with your coworkers. The discount is great and the atmosphere is healthy. You also get rewarded for being helpful, getting a good review, selling gap cards, etc.
Cons
My complaints are to the top of the food chain. The clothing is clearly made in sweat shops. But their campaigns try to give a sense of compassion. There's tees that read "made in the usa" on the front but ironically the tag reads "made in Bangladesh"
