Great Company To Work For

Pros

If you love great employee deals (50% off full prices items, nothing on clearance) and getting 20ish hours a week this is the place for you.

Cons

If you also enjoy being berated by managers and being treated as an object then this is the PERFECT place for you as well!! If you don't want managers to treat you like a human being, if you don't want managers to respect your availability and keep you past the time you are scheduled for, and if you want your managers to constantly harass you about how long it is going to take you to open 4500 shipment units then you are at the right place my friend.

Pros

Good benefits for full time employees, great discount at multiple Gap Inc brands+ some good community discounts. Really fantastic people (but that's obviously dependent on location).

Cons

Full time employee pay is average (didn't improve with the company wide minimum wage increase), and raises are laughable. High turnover in certain stores. Promotional changes a aren't always well communicated to stores.
