Schedule, pay is decent, supervisors do not micro manage, lots of free food ( be careful lots of sweets ), cool learning opportunities, they pay for you to advance within work-comp education programs.

Cons

There’s no real curriculum you’ll go through the program feeling very lost. It’s very unsettling plus the turnover is extremely alarming from my first day on people are constantly leaving. Leaving to other careers or other industries . The system requires ton of work / busy work.

Professional work environment, high standards for customer service.

Cons

Deadlines are intense, workload often too high, salaries too low, Benefits are not that great (high employee-paid portion of premium, high deductible, lots of out-of-pocket expenses). Too much nepotism. Hard to move ahead from account manager position. Producer grooming/training program missing.
