Good 401k plan. Hours good.

Cons

Management is totally unprofessional. My manager spent most of his time on phone talking to family and friends. Treated some employees like his children. When he did do company work he complained about what a tough day he was having. Clients personal info was floated around the office and openly talked about and made fun of. Not a good environment.

Good salary. Some nice regional offices. The usual employee benefits (pension, PMI, discounts etc.), although HQ facilities are somewhat disappointing.

Cons

A toxic environment where nepotism reigns supreme. It is definitely who you know, not what you know. Senior managers and top execs are self-serving - inflicting cost cutting measures on staff (circulating memos banning the ordering of stationery) while living it and fine dining from London to Las Vegas. Worse career move I ever made. Glad to be out of there.
