GB tends to hire good employees. You'll likely get along well with your coworkers. Equipment is usually brand new. The company is very stable and is nowhere close to having financial difficulties.

Cons

The workload can be intense. Management is not always receptive to feedback, particularly when the bottom line is in question. Though I'm sure you'll find that to be true at any corporation.
