Pros
Really good benefits and PTO, holiday schedule is good compared to a lot of other places. If you get put on the right branch and/or with a good supervisor you could really love your job.
Cons
You get a lot of work and have deadline expectations that just cannot be met. Supervisors have too much power over Resolution Managers (adjusters) and to be heard by anyone above a supervisor is nearly impossible. You can get moved with hardly any notice to a different branch and expected to know what you’re doing with no training, even if the claims are different with different clients.
