Remote work is available for most employees.

Cons

The workload is entirely too much. They will tell you they will keep you around 100 claims and that is a lie. I had 175 claims at one point. They also micromanage like it’s going out of style. I would work night and weekends to just keep my head above water. I went to management with my concerns about the workload and was basically told to suck it up. Absolutely the worst company I have worked for and I would never return.

Work from home They try to provide incentives (pizza days, days off, leave early) when you meet numbers

Cons

-The system is very outdated -You have to ask clients to do almost anything with a claim. I feel you do not have much autonomy at all -no bonus or sick days
