Company is okay as an employer. They have a lot of different clients. Stay away from costco. Understaffed, overworked, you will never hear a compliment. Pay increase once a year in June. Look for different departments and clients.

Understaffed and constantly people are leaving and not being replaced.

There is nothing good about this company.

Cons

No work life balance. They tell you 37.5 hrs a week but the reality is it is 60 hrs a week just to keep up. Poor management. High case loads

Salary is very negotiable. They need long term employees. Benefits are decent. Remote work is available.

Cons

claims process is dictated by the client and is more driven by useless required Entries than claims workflow. Claims results are not measured. Things such as closure, negotiations and investigation is useless. Rather there are time sensitive required, redundant useless notes that take too much time and cause you to fall behind. Middle management is useless and does not support employees. Training is inadequate and difficult to retain as you are basically read to. There is zero team work.
