Work from home option in many positions
Cons
No HR. All hR contact is through a supervisor, if you can reach anyone. No way to file complaints. No reduction in expectations during pandemic. Laid off staff while increasing workload of remaining staff. Audit heavy, auditing and setting goals based on 2020 performance. Upper management has no connection to real world job duties. Unrealistic micromanaging (screenshots of work). Technology is abysmal. Crashes min 3x a week. No plans to upgrade.
