      Pros

      Good benefits, nice office. Coworkers are knowledgable and you can have fun and learn a lot.

      Cons

      They have found new ways not to pay out bonus. The forced ranking system is a total lie, and things like gender and race get thrown in the mix. They tout transparency and they are anything but. Used to be a place you were proud to be at, but anymore leadership and anyone able are jumping ship at an alarming rate of speed. The people go away, the work does not, and no one wants to make a decision, so those still left there are overwhelmed.

      Salaries and benefits. Global presence. Leading products.

      Cons

      NON respect for a 25 years long committed employee. Terminated as a robber or even worst. So NOT the company I though I worked for. I was so proud. But the "Respect for People" they mentioned everyday is just in manuals. Its NON existant watsoever.

      The people (The good ones are worth sticking around for); Work/life balance depending on the role and state of business unit at the time, and employee benefits

      Cons

      The people; Development programs overpromise placement and high pay, and you really have to self advocate for your own success and deal with constant manager turnover and teams reorganizing. It can be challenging to work on your own development when you are simply just trying to stay afloat and fearing for the next layoff. Big on groupthink... i.e., people told they would be fired if not vaccinated or if not willing to come back into the office after being fully remote for years; Little room for unconventional thinking or inclusivity of individual needs for work/life balance and overall health
