      Pros

      Nothing positive springs to mind. There were some good people but they were in the minority.

      Cons

      Brentford is a hell hole. The offices are dated and drab. IT was something from the past think Office 2007 in 2017. Lots of 'grads' swanning around pretending to be grown ups.

      easy lifestyle - I have honestly struggled to identify anyone in the business who genuinely has a reason to enjoy working at GSK outside the fact that you do not really have to do anything other than float in and out of pointless meetings.

      Cons

      unethical behaviour / management generally have little or no experience of the area they lead / lack of serious strategy / culture of throwing labour at an issue and hoping it resolves itself / poor leadership / generally the worst working experience of my life

      Not much; probably cheque at the end of the month even that is below market value

      Long list: Leadership is full of arrogant idiots who don't know their right from the left "Talking" is what counts - I mean opening mouth to say something, doesn't matter what it is- no one cares about who walks the walk Full of new graduates under the title "CMT" who have absolutely no knowledge of the industry, products, customers or pretty much anything but they go far with their short skirts and the 5-inch heels
