      Worst company and leadership AVOID AT ALL COSTS

      Pros

      Culture used to be good until this new leadership took over (Eugene and Gemma). Now, company-wide meetings consist of avoiding key issues and writing disrespectful emails about legacy GLG-ers who were forced out

      Cons

      Can't even list them all because I wouldn't have the room. CFO loves to gossip and remove anyone who she doesn't like. She's also a former investment banker with zero technical experience or financial knowledge. She poaches old co-workers who continue her revengeful policies. CEO has no idea what she's doing and it's a wonder how both haven't been booted out yet. Incompetence across the entire leadership team and their egos are too self-inflated to see that they're sinking their own ships

      really good benefits free barista in office potentially flexible schedule depending on your manager good place to start out

      Cons

      everything is urgent they change goals, technology, team structure, client alignments, etc every single year forced days in office, but most teams are spread across the US/EMEA (new global initiative has your team members in EMEA but you have no overlapping responsibilities together) toxic corporate climb the ladder culture, if you aren't friends with the right people you will not get promoted Senior leadership puts priority on the wrong things (AI that does a terrible job at what its supposed to do) instead of actually listening to the feedback lower levels give - and will gaslight you by saying you can "only give solution based feedback" so you cannot pointout painpoints unless you do their job for them and tell them how it can be fixed

      Senior leadership in Gurugram has no clue about the work and daily operations. Suprised that they are leading a team of 100+ FTE without knowing anything. Headless chickens. I will avoid this garbage can of a place
