      We're so overworked and many of the associates are new hires. They say feedback is appreciated but when we do give feedback, it is not well received. Management pushing CS to do so many things in addition to servicing clients. Most feel like they're strapped to their chairs all day and not able to get bathroom/lunch breaks because the job is so demanding. We're not paid enough for the long hours.

      Great benefits, professional development opportunities, continued increase in salary with time in seat/experience

      Technology/core systems needs to be improved, lack of support to managers, overloaded with work and looked on negatively if you give feedback, a lot of politics in leadership

      10 hours of work with no lunch breaks

      Toxic Work environment. 10 hours of work (WFH) with no lunch breaks. I was yelled at for being unavailable for 5 minutes because I had to pee. The senior team was looking down on me and being mean to me during my interview sessions.
