Line and shop employees are the only reason the company grinds on.

Cons

Incompetent is to light a word for management. There is a group called the “Gefco Mafia” that actively undermines the progress of other employees in the company.

Pros

Positive changes made by management to change mindset and culture of people. The toxic people who caused damages to the company left and it creates a fresh air for all employees and managers. The engagement score increase (+11pt) from 2016 to 2018 shows a clear picture and the direction the local management is driving the company.
