Pros

Most people were good to work with. Average / decent salary.

Cons

Massively disorganised. Unfair treatment to employees (lots of favourtism) Always looking to blame lower down the food chain for problems. Certain people very patronising. Lack of proper training. When an employee leaves, the work is shared instead of the employee replaced, and then they wonder why work isn't done properly.

Good salaries based on negotiations, good benefits as company car for managers

Cons

Bad management, very heavy processes with no decision makers, too many departments involved for a simple commercial action especially for the subsidiaries, no life balance for the finance and accounting team, no encouragement for the talented persons
