Pros

A good place to start and learn from senior staff and managers. Exposure to projects with clients from different industries is a constant.

Cons

Currently the company is under re-adjustment creating instability in the collaborators jobs and at the same time, pressure to achieve higher results. Projects with short deadlines sometimes create work-life unbalance.

Niche of the services - you learn about 3PL services + automotive logistic. Unique experience/solutions provided. Global company. Overall professional peers in all locations. Good bonuses and salaries compared to industry overall. Opportunities for international rotation.

Cons

Lots of politics inside the company, so when you work you spend half of your time to cover your back not to be eaten in these corporate wars... All depends on the leader in specific country.
