A very varied role so no chance of getting bored Lots of lovely people work at GEFCO and many are very inspiring in their skills and innovative ideas Flexible working opportunities

Cons

Like with many large companies is some politics to deal with and challenges in different ways of working across the group

Every day I get to work with fantastic people! I have had lots of opportunities to evolve and get involved with things outside my normal daily activities. This makes each day interesting and I have learned a lot in the 7 years I have been here.

Cons

I am always really focused on getting things done. We are part of a much bigger machine and decision making - like in most large organisations - can be slow.
