Pros

Located right beside Knight bridge in Richmond, easy to access; Over 80% employees are Chinese, if you like to practice Cantonese or Mandarine it's a good place; Good for newly graduated students to work in as their first job after school.(2 years maximum)

Cons

From middle management to CEO, all the managers are fighting with the people who directly report to them to protect their position. Politics is everywhere and always the first thing to think about on everyday work. People keep coming and leaving, there is no single month that there is no employee quit in the last three years. Just in August 2012, Vice president quit, manager of supply chain quit, safety department manager quit, mechanical engineering department quit.

Pros

Process engineering exposure in the fields of liquid processing, crystallization, food and dairy, and spray drying technologies for chemical and pharmaceutical companies. Free coffee, free water. $20 movie tickets on your birthday.

Cons

Mid to high turn over (regardless of seniority). Instability in the HR department. Little or not training. Professional development.is highly discouraged. Salaries are below avg. No sense or feeling of stability. Very few people are open to share ideas.

Pros

Not that many good things to say about this job

Cons

They require you to work ridiculously long hours to meet tight deadlines that only get tighter with no overtime or bonus. Management enjoys taking out their anger at their staff, with ridicule and mockery as part of the standard office language. Their facility is disgusting, and at one point, there was a bacterial outbreak in their water system.
