      Pros

      The people at GE are very helpful and are always trying to teach you something more and help you grow. It is easy to talk to anyone in the office including superiors that are even two or three tiers above yourself.

      Cons

      Because it is such a big company, sometimes it feels as though you may get lost, or the work you are doing is insignificant when in fact it really is not at all.

      Pros

      Excellent work culture, good work, lots of flexibility in moving within teams, opportunity to innovate, excellent employee relations. Excellent learning experience. Excellent integrity and compliance standards and best thing is that everyone follows with spirit and letter.

      Cons

      Very low salary and even lesser hikes. Long working hours. Hardly any differentiation on basis of performance.

      Pros

      Cool work culture. Freedom to come and go as you please as long as you get your work done. Relaxed work environment. Many professionals to draw from their experiences. Opportunity to travel for some interns.

      Cons

      It was a struggle to find good work. Manager didnt care about the intern or have time for an intern. Was not an effective mentor. The intern program lacked organization, but was improving drastically in the short time I was there.
