      There are many well-meaning and hardworking people at the company. The problem is that these people are not in positions where they can change processes or improve policies.

      Cons

      I was privvy to some very shady dealings in Finance. The company needs to do a better job of auditing for creative bookeeping. The site where I worked routinely 'cooked the books' and if you spoke out against it then you were suddenly gone. I was too afraid to file a formal concern with the U.S. Dept. of Defense. I merely decided to get a job elsewhere....
