      Afraid of asking to change positions

      Pros

      School is good, hands on with hardware is good. I can look out a window from my desk and other employees are sometimes engaging. Great opportunities for increasing learning.

      Cons

      No group dynamic or mid-level engineers to learn from. All work completed by office in Poland. I have become an overpaid secretary. Maybe a different role will help? I'm a little afraid that this won't be possible, due to "the needs of the business"
