      Growing Company - Great opportunity

      Pros

      In-office but great WLB for a B2B sales role (90 minutes of breaks per day). Solid base and OTE. Great time to get into the company - seeing YoY growth, the product offering is evolving and growing stronger, and GDS is making impressive hires at the C-level. Despite some of the negative reviews, the impressive audience at programs and the end-to-end qualification done by the acquisition team are unmatched in the market.

      Cons

      Could use more support from a sales enablement tool perspective, but the tools provided are still better than most companies. Hunters only - don't work here if you don't like cold calling. Benefits and Payroll could use improvement.

      STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS

      Free snacks once a month

      Cons

      Everyday in office mandatory ,Micro managed horribly , lunch and break times are monitored on a daily , no HR or recruitment presence for any kind of people support , VP and managers are all about dollar amount - you don’t make money in 40 day you are fired , no training , no SALESFORCE or Tech stack to support , all they want is cold calling , good luck earning or learning anything in this company
