- Telesales experience - Office experience - Can make money if you're happy to sell your soul, be spoke down to, marginalised, or enjoy repetitive work.

Cons

- Awful management, stemming across both personal and professional. - Sold a dream - it's essentially a glorified call centre - Rigid lunch, and break times - not really allowed to leave your desk, unless it's the 'allowed' time for 10 minutes at 11am, and 3pm. - Soul crushing work - Old school, wannabe Wolf of Wall Street cowboys - Friday 3pm club... cliq central.

Solid culture and great platform for success

Really solid culture - work hard / play hard - rewarding experience working for GDS. Enjoyed an lots of support throughout my time there - excellent training, coaching, mentoring and felt like people actually cared about new and junior hires which is refreshing. Commissions awesome Base is very competitive

Cons

5 days a week in office more rigid than what I would have personally liked. business dress (personal preference)

Great team - lots of support and social events if you wan to be involved Great incentives when you achieve your KPI's

Cons

KPI focus as strong sales culture so may not be for everyone, but GDS makes it clear what they expect and there is so much support to make sure your achieve
