You will learn alot and gain alot. Working hours are good 8:15 - 16:30. Good scope for progession if you work with honesty and dedication, it will be considered. Also I haven't come across any manager who is as skilled, professional and understanding as Sarah and Nick on MTB. They are an asset to GDS. People are lovely always willing to help out regardless of their busy schedule.

Cons

I didn't come across any negatives during my time there, it's a competitive fast pace work space and you have to keep up with it.

I've worked on the sales floor in Bristol for several years. I find it to be a very positive environment to work in. I started as a trainee sales person and worked my way up the ladder and have been promoted on several occasions to different management roles and different products within the company. If you are prepared to work hard the rewards are fantastic, both monetary and career wise. My direct managers and senior management have always been very supportive in my career. I have received lots of training to improve my skill sets and technique to get better at the job.

Cons

You have to be prepared to work hard and smart. However training and support are always on hand.
