Pros

In my experience staff morale was high, there was a good working atmosphere, supportive managers and each day seemed to bring new challenges. Had little involvement with the sales floor but when I did I found that to be a positive and vibrant (if often rather loud) environment where people seemed to thrive. I also met plenty of friends, many of whom are still at the company and doing well. Having left with some regret due to relocation I would recommend it to others and actually did so for a friend who enjoyed a 18 months on the summit sales team before returning to full-time study (with a healthy nest egg).

Cons

The sales floor wasn't for me but I would encourage anyone with or wanting to gain the correct skills set to give it a go as it certainly appeared to be very lucrative for many.

Pros

Nothing really, great people worked there, but they all left or they were fired

Cons

Arrogant people with inflated egos in decision making roles who lack the skills and experience required for their roles. Their advancement happened because of the personal connections rather than merit or capability. They knew someone up there and that's how they got their ''senior role''. Wasted talent, several of the strongest performers were let go, while many other highly skilled and loyal employees chose to leave voluntarily after years of dedicated service. Every year about there is a massive cull where maybe even half of the floor is fired. Management also struggles with employee recognition. Rather than offering meaningful incentives or career development opportunities they incentivise you with more darts throws where you can win literally NOTHING!
