Thank you for your review and it is disappointing to hear that you do not feel there is support from managers or tools. At GDS we have recently recruited a Sales Trainer, based from the NYC office, to ensure there is development and support on tap for all our people. We also invest heavily in tools and resources to support our teams to excel. We do structure the working day, but this framework is set up to support our people to achieve.

Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry to hear you did not enjoy your experience over the 45 days you were at GDS. We understand the importance of training and ensure that all staff go through a robust onboarding program for the first two weeks of employment so we can set you up for success when you join the sales team. We have a collaborative and supportive culture in New York and many of our recent starters are thriving due to the hands-on support they receive. This does not however change the fact that sales environments are high pressured and I can only apologise you felt the need to hide in the bathroom, had our Management known this they would have tried to work with you to find a solution. Our dress code has always been business casual, however when on client calls we do advise team members to dress smart to ensure a good impression is made. We have many employees that have worked for us for many years, some for over 20. We are proud of supporting their careers and understand the important role that training plays in this.
