Thanks for leaving a review outlining your experience, its a shame you did not feel there was enough training on offer. As a group we have worked very hard to create a robust schedule for training, starting with a two week induction away from the sales floor, backed-up by sales sprints rolled out by our in-house training team which run continuously throughout the year. Our trainers are always on hand for one-to-one coaching so I’m surprised you were unable to benefit from this. Sales is by nature target driven and having KPIs are a necessity for management to keep on top of performance, identify areas that need improvement/training and reward those that over-perform. I'm sorry this environment made you feel pressured, sadly sales is a high pressured but rewarding line of work. Unprofessional staff, sales people are ruthless and don't follow basic rules of engagement, poor organizational structure, company communication by senior management is lacking - and as a result, employees are in-and-out like a revolving door

HR@gdsgroup.com We offer a two week initial training course, then ongoing support and training, for those who are interested in developing sales training further we offer a six week sales training excellence program. With our aim to support new starters in their role, and supporting in their developing careers. Many employees have been with GDS for several years, developing their careers over time, we do also recognise in some cases the sales environment isn't for everyone.
