      Thank you for your review- I note you worked at GDS for 4 years, so would like to confirm that all new starters now receive a minimum of 2 weeks onboarding, followed by weekly training. We do not support home working, so we can support and develop our teams and are very open about this. We have an outstanding NPS score, from our clients, so we know that we deliver and exceed on our service promises and its disappointing you could not recognise this.       Thank you for leaving a review and I am sad to learn you did not enjoy your time at GDS. The DSE role is KPI focused (as it is a sales centric role) but comes with exceptional commission packages and incentives for the team.
