If you have the ability to make a lot of money at gds. Everyone is a lot of fun and your coworkers can become your family. A lot of incentives for sales and employees get out early on almost every Friday. Healthcare is basically free.

Cons

Favoritism. Managers are biased and pick their favorites. Senior members of staff are racist and sexist.

GDS are renowned around Bristol for all of the wrong reasons, their churn rate is ridiculous, sales structure changes every month typically.

Cons
