- good base salary - sales boot camp - company atmosphere is good - commission is competitive - able to speak with your managers easily

Cons

if you don't like cold calling and generating your own leads, this isn't a place for you. Work/Life balance isn't the best

Fantasic oppourtunity for progression, very well paid if you put the effort in, a brilliant dynamic enviroment. Wish I didn't have to relocate!!!

Cons

Not really a down side, but as said before a fast paced dynamic enviroment. You have to be target drive and enthusiatic.

- Had to source our own leads a lot - Sometime a little immature - To much emphasis on the sale
