None from my perspective - Losing people who have become family once they have up skilled here and feel like pursuing new opportunities.

Pros

Great people, Great days out with the business, good working hours, fun environment. There is a lot to like about the people in the business. The Company is known in Bristol as one of the most ruthless sales Companies in the area and as a result if you can cut a year there it can do wonders for your CV.

Cons

Management cannot get out of old habits. They have a great product but insist on Micro Management and have a very strong carrot and stick mentality. There is no clear career path within the Company. As a result they train up and lose a lot of really good staff on a regular basis. That said, I still enjoyed my time with the Company.
