Great work ethic throughout company. Everyone is really friendly and company rewards all the hard with with regular days out. There is good potential to progress within the company too. Opportunity to travel.

Cons

Can be a little noisy for non sales staff because of open floor plan.

Pros

The company has great people and works at great pace. The product is a very good one that keeps getting better. There are excellent opportunities for individuals who work hard and have a positive attitude. The rewards can be substantial and it is a very fun environment to work in.

Cons

Can sometimes be reactionary so are unable to forward plan effectively although this is improving. Lack of communication across the business leads to frustration sometimes.

Cons

Can be stressful as it is a KPI environment, ability to handle rejection can be useful! It is a role that demands a high level of responsibility for your own work and earnings - which isn't for everyone! Need to be comfortable working independently and as part of a wider team.
