Working hours, location, some of the people working there. Very good work/life balance as the working hours are great. 8:15 to 16:30.

Cons

If you fancy being shouted at and patronised by S. then look no further. Employment law is completely disregarded by S. and the lack of a proper human resources department ( it only exists to get you employed it seams) makes it possible for her to get away with her behaviour.. The constant threat of verbal and written warning is a daily occurrence. "Perception is reality" she constantly says!!! The only perception I had while I was there is her constant need to get The owner's attention, that's why she shouts all the time. All day, everyday!!! You will be given absolutely no respect from a very immature director/head/manager ( yes titles don't mean anything) of their meettheboss business.

Pros

Fantastic people who will undoubtedly become good friends...it makes going to work a real pleasure. Very active social life and a young workforce, including some of the senior management team which makes you feel real progression is possible. Great opportunity to earn good money...way more than other companies in the industry.

Cons

Hugh turnover of staff due to the high expectations on sales. Very money driven, so if this is what drives you, this company is for you. Some 'nice' people fell by the wayside as they did not perform. The young workforce meant that older people (over 40) did not fit in and left.
