There are always good people to work with like in most organisations. Also, the service the company is providing is great with excellent potential and great opportunities...
Cons
...too bad, these opportunities are wasted by inability to see the full picture and by people who follow some of the worst directions given to them out of fear in a culture of uncertainty. Sales environment through and through with significant fluctuation, rapid and not very well thought out changes, everything is incredibly political and - especially on the sales floor - cutthroat to the point of losing efficiency and lacking common sense. Supporting functions are unimportant, every time they see a shadow, the policy is the same: just pick up the phones and call more people.
