Open management and supportive team members. Good money and the commission is uncapped. After you hit your target you go on accelerators so your normal commission structure goes on overdrive. You wanna achieve that target early in the year!

I truly can't think of any. I should have seen the red flags, but I assumed because of the location and the appearance the place must have been legit.

Cons

Filled with extreme unprofessionalism. They don't give raises, they attempted to improve the place by hiring legit managers and once the company wasn't "fixed" in 6 months they let everyone go, and since then the place has been a joke. Their training is awful, they try to hire a lot and end up firing most of the people, they make you pay money back if your client doesnt attend a show, just the most disturbing practices I've ever heard. The CEO just hires his friends who don't do anything.

Very open environment, Amazing and knowledgeable Manager to work with and learn from, Nice co-workers, Very relax attitude, very good pay package and loads of other incentives. Best place to develop and learn due to the varieties of projects and task.

Cons

Set lunch time but wasn't an issue after adjusting to this.
