Great work environment if you want to make a lot of money and work hard. Making great strides this year around marketing, customer service and quality control. Great manager support and team environment.

Cons

This is a career, not a job and you have to work hard and give 110%. Not a good fit for someone just looking to sit at a desk taking up space. Prospective employees and clients believe the trash written by spineless cowards that hide behind anonymity.
