Pros

Working with C-Level executives and sales experience. Financial District. Traveling sometimes. Fun, light environment.

Cons

They advertise an income that is false. Most people starting out make 30-40k. Not 125k. The overinflation is obscured. The environment is cut throat with little reasoning. There is no real long-term career future there. It is good as a stepping stone.

- The product - I genuinely believe we have an amazing product to offer our delegates and sponsors. We're a resource and partner for them and I love to hear the positive feedback onsite at the Summits. - Company is in growth-mode - senior leadership likes to promote from within - People in office are great and supportive - Compensation percentages are very generous, tons of earning potential - Beautiful views

Cons

The fast pace is positive in general but the change is not. It would be nice to have a bit more consistency in terms of management at our headquarters, etc.

Pros

I started with GDS in the delegate acquisition team and now have almost been here for 2 years. Managers and Directors at GDS Group have always encouraged me to progress to higher level roles within the business. Fantastic team support and overall great working environment.

Cons

I don't currently have any constructive criticism to offer, and genuinely feel that "you get out what you put in". I feel that GDS is an environment where highly motivated self-starters are given the best opportunity to flourish, and am hopeful that I am at the start of a long and successful career!
