Pros

Fantastic work environment- management is hands on and genuinely wants to see you grow/succeed Competitive Environment- Always learning through workshops/mentoring with senior representatives. Actual chance for growth- Not stuck in one position, if you do well you will be rewarded greatly.

Pros

I joined GDS Group 4 years ago with no sales experience and I haven't looked back, the training I have been given has no doubt made me a better sales person and given me a great platform that allowed me to prove my skills. Fantastic culture, healthy working hours, the sense of teamwork, support and friendship is like no other! Opportunity to travel the world, win amazing prizes and stay in 5* hotels. Val is a pleasure to work with and always has her teams best interest at heart. The owner of the company is omnipresent and clearly the drive behind the whole operation. Anyone with serious ambition in life and willing to chase it has a lot to learn from this man. Travelling the world and earning good money...what else could you ask for!

Cons

You have to work hard, simple, If you are not willing to put the effort in you can't expect to succeed, It's a sales floor environment, which isn't for everyone. Sales is sales you get in what you put out!

Best place to learn Sales Skills

Pros

They give you all the tools to succeed and all you have to do is work hard and make the dials. It's sales so there are a good amount of people who fail and leave, but if you really put in the work you're gonna succeed there. You just gotta say the words they give you. And you get a fat base for an intro position where most companies try and give you no base or low base.

Cons

If you think hard work and cold calling is a con but thats what you are signing up for
