The work schedule is consistent, and there are great commission incentives. The VP of people, Kaitlyn Reynolds, is absolutely AMAZING! She will work tirelessly to do everything she can to help you hit your numbers and see you succeed. She is implementing a great training program and for me really makes this office something great.

Cons

Benefits could be better. Communication could also be improved, I often time receive contradictory instructions. Very focused on the number of pitches not as much focus on quality of the pitches.

Kaitlyn was very welcoming and comforting for my interview. I was so nervous but she made is so easy!! the culture of this company is great everyone I work with is very friendly and helpful. Great place to work!

Cons

Health benefits aren’t that great but everything else out weighs that.
