Have met some awesome people and made friends whilst working here, Lovely atmosphere out on the floor, have experienced zero toxicity within my work circles - super supportive and friendly people. Have had some incredible support from certain members of the leadership at this company and loads of the people I work with - had some difficult family situations to deal with and this was respected and absolutely taken into account especially on the account of the managers of my team. Cannot stress the culture is great from the time I've spent here and would not change a thing about that aspect. Also, for a young person living in Bristol the wage can be absolutley phenomenal. A really respectable base salary and after time and effort, commission can take it to the next level if that's what you're about.

I started working for the company on Monday 5th July 2021. From the recruitment process to the interview, Everything was clearly explained! There was nothing hidden & everything was explained professionally. As someone who possesses a lot of energy It was great to feel welcome & also my energy was greatly appreciated. The training was amazing! From individual one to one attention, Federico was amazing! The fact the CEO Spencer Green was involved with the training, made it seem ever so transparent. They paid attention to everyone persons different personalities. I have worked in various industries, From call centre to construction. This was the most welcoming environment, the work & targets are very achievable as long as you put in the work!
